Returns Eligibility

Ownwipes only supports returns on the Automatic Wipes Warmer Wet and Dry Tissue Dispenser and does not support returns on products other than this dispenser purchased from Ownwipes.com.

Ownwipes' Automatic Wipes Warmer Return Policy:

1. Items purchased directly through Ownwipes.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a full refund.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Returns and exchanges are only supported for Automatic Wipes Warmer Wet and Dry Tissue Dispensers purchased from the Ownwipes.com website. (If you’ve purchased your Ownwipes product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer.)

Ownwipes' Automatic Wipes Warmer return process:

1. To start a return, you can contact us at service@ownwipes.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.
2. If your return request is accepted, prepare and package your item to return. Please mail the item to our designated return address. Units returned in unclean conditions may be subject to a $75 cleaning fee deducted from your refund.
3. Return shipping cost:
   If the return is due to Ownwipes sending the wrong product or if the product is damaged in transit, Ownwipes will bear the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
4. Receive your refund:
   Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card company is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.

No returns or exchanges are available for products other than the Automatic Wipes Warmer Wet and Dry Tissue Dispenser. If Ownwipes sends the wrong product or if the product is damaged in transit, you must contact us immediately upon receiving the package. Ownwipes will resend the correct product after verification. The original product must be mailed back to the address provided in the email, and Ownwipes will cover the return shipping cost.
